Jerod Guida

Jerod Guida is not your prototypical Real Estate Professional. Beyond having all of the skills an excellent Realtor should have, he has also been a CEO, CFO, and COO in privately held companies and no matter who he’s worked for, he’s had a track record of continually providing maximal value to all he’s had the pleasure to serve.  He has done transactions throughout the Twin Cities metro area and it’s suburbs and has consistently been a leader in both production and customer service, most recently for the largest brokerage in Minnesota before joining Prandium Group.

Jerod is known as an IT Geek, Finance Nerd, Outdoorsman and Barber Shop Singer with a compassionate heart and an exceptionally strong drive to maximize value for his clients in every transaction.  He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems and has an MBA.  He was highlighted in 501 Ways to Roll Out the Red Carpet for Your Customers by Donna Cutting – named a Top 10 Business Book of the Year by Forbes magazine in 2016.

His wife Rachel, children Sydney, Gunnar and Luke, and their shelter rescue dog Heidi live in Savage, MN.
